Are You Sick of the pundits, media, politicians and celebs decrying the decision by the US to refuse to participate in the Paris Accord?

I’m sick of the pundits, media, politicians and celebs decrying the decision by the US to refuse to participate in the Paris Accord. This article is for real. This isn’t about Trump. This is about our tax dollars. Our tax dollars, billions, are being spent on big business, like GE, celebs like DiCaprio, and politicians, like Al Gore, who are making millions, if not billions on the money side of CO2, not on those who need it. What you aren’t going to read or hear from the alphabet soup of mainstream media outlets, NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, and yes FOX, is the reality of climate change. Bjorn Lomberg is the real deal, article below. He cares about the environment and wants the big bucks to go towards helping the world’s poor population. I’ve been following Lomberg for years. Granted, he too has an economic interest. The bottom line is the tax dollars, our tax dollars, money andl politics, not mutually exclusive, are driving the narrative. All you have to do is follow the money, one boondoggle after the next. Billions upon billions of government subsidies pocketed by crony capitalists. I stopped counting in 2014, the green technology companies who took millions in government subsidies and filed bankruptcy protection, a.ka., crooks that kept the money, most with no plan to succeed,  the only plan was to get rich off the government. I’m happy to supply the list.

Your world’s too connected,

For an original thought.

You’re a poet, a writer, a pundit, beware,

Your words of wisdom, already taught.

You may as well be down under,

Or over the moon.

Your words aren’t your own,

And they can’t come too soon!

The world’s all a Twitter,

And your yesterday’s news.

Mr. Grumpy Pants

In a world filled with tragedy and sacrifice, with Islamic terror attacks in San Bernardino, Orlando, Istanbul, Bangladesh and now Nice, I am angry. Like many of you, I feel helpless. I try not to be judgmental. I’m trying to be more retrospective.

I hear every day, of the misery of innocents in Syria, Iraq and beyond, the suffering of so many, by religious persecution and genocide. How do I, should I, shut out the pain and suffering of others, so I might carry on with daily life?

Granted, I am a bit of a news junkie, in particular since 9/11. That day I was informed of the attack, I thought it was a joke. Now I stay informed.

Many who are close to me would advise me to be more laid back, less grumpy, let the planes fly over my house without mooning the passengers. I’m going to try to be more laid back. I may even consider cancelling the order for a 12 ft. sign telling a certain airline to “Get the f*** off my plain.”

Unfortunately, I remain a skeptic. For example, I find “Mr. Grumpy Pants” has a reason to remain in character with the decision by Mr. Comey, Director of the FBI to exonerate Hillary Clinton of any purposeful wrong doing in her use of a personal server for email as SOS. He just basically said she and all those associated with her are idiots, but that’s not a crime! Could we be faced with four, even eight more years of Obama!!??

"if you've got a business, you didn't build that"

“if you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that”

Have I grown increasing cynical? Probably. Do I feel less empowered? No. I make my own decisions and draw my own conclusions. Simply put, DC is corrupt and the only remedy is term limits.

I wrote Eyes Wide Open  a few years ago. It was a personal soul searching Q&A. I keep going back to it to find better answers, and disturbingly there are few if any, that I have discovered, only more consternation. I ended my missive by citing my best friend and companion over the past 13 years. Cody, my 13 yr. old chocolate lab passed away recently. I miss him terribly.

Cody epitomized everything that I believe should be right in this world. His life, was a respite fom everything that is wrong with this world. Cody gave me his unconditional love. I gave him mine. We need more relationships like ours. Did I mention I picked up his poop?

Obama doesn’t defend innocent students if their name isn’t Mohamed

Liberals have their panties in a bunch over Ahmed’s clock. I agree it was dumb to call the police, but a printed circuit board in a case could be considered a little more ominous than a pop tart. Liberals are falling all over themselves, so eager to be politically correct. Their memories are short. Three Americans just foiled a lone wolf terrorist attack on a French train. Did we already forget the Boston Marathon bombings? There’s good reason to be cautious and aware of your surroundings. I’d rather face the ridicule from the PC police than be facing the next terrorist attack.

Dan from Squirrel Hill's Blog

On the one hand, I think it’s good that Obama defended Ahmed Mohamed (the innocent clock making teen in Irving, Texas who was wrongly arrested) and invited him to the White House.

What Do Career Politicians, Professors and Community Organizers Have In Common?

I35W-Bridge-Collapse

I 35W Bridge Collapse – Cars rest on the collapsed portion of the I-35W Mississippi River bridge after the Aug. 1, 2007 collapse in which 13 people were killed and 145 were injured. America’s infrastructure has consistently beem rated poorly. U.S. Coast Guard photo

When it comes to politics, they think voters are stupid, don’t have time to question their lies, or don’t care!

Why else would career politician, Hillary Clinton, Professor Elizabeth Warren repeat, and community organizer a.k.a., Entreprenever and chief, Barack Obama’s well worn rhetoric, “If you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.” referring to private businesses being dependent of big government.

We have a problem and it is a corrupt government and a complicit mainstream media.  Who has time to fact check all the lies we hear every day courtesy of the Obama administration and echoed by the media? Take as an example the huge waste in billions of stimulus dollars Obama spent as payback for getting him elected.

So how is it possible that big government can provide corporations and businesses with the vehicle to succeed? I decided to look on the popular website HowStuffWorks.com to see if they agreed with liberals. This is an excerpt: In 2009, Community Organizer and President Obama’s government spent a staggering $3.5 trillion dollars and raised $2.1 trillion in individual and corporate taxes — still leaving a budget deficit of more than a trillion dollars.

The Government doesn’t earn money!  “Government Funded”, “Government Subsidized”, “Government Money”, “Government Grant” … all mean “TAXPAYER FUNDED”, “TAXPAYER SUBSIDIZED”, “TAXPAYER MONEY”, or “TAXPAYER GRANT”. They’re all money from YOUR pocket.  Conclusion: The Government spends money!   Currently we are spending or speeding our way toward $18 trillion in debt.

In fact, 55% of all tax dollars come from small business that are spent on government programs, including infrastructure, roads and bridges.  When a small business person fills up at the pump, on average, we pay almost 50 cents per gallon to the government for taxes on gasoline, approximately 13 cents on every dollar.   Add toll roads to the equation and in many parts of the country the cost to taxpayers for infrastructure goes up.

“To say what he (Obama) said is to say that Steve Jobs didn’t build Apple Computer or that Bill Gates didn’t build Microsoft or that Henry Ford didn’t build Ford Motor Company or that Ray Kroc didn’t build McDonald’s or that Papa John’s didn’t build Papa John’s Pizza. This is the height of foolishness. It shows how out of touch he is with the character of America. It’s one more reason his policies have failed. It’s one more reason why we have to replace him in November.”  Mitt Romney.

Even the Washington Post gave the “You didn’t build that…” liberal nonsense credence, giving him 3 Pinocchio’s.

Here’s what Charles Krauthammer had to say, “The argument between left and right is about what you do beyond infrastructure. It’s about transfer payments and redistributionist taxation, about geometrically expanding entitlements, about tax breaks and subsidies to induce actions pleasing to central planners. It’s about free contraceptives for privileged students and welfare without work — the latest Obama entitlement-by-decree that would fatally undermine the great bipartisan welfare reform of 1996. It’s about endless government handouts that, ironically, are crowding out necessary spending on, yes, infrastructure.”

Professor Elizabeth Warren has never worked in the private sector.  She is my favorite definition of a politician, unemployed and unemployable.  What she fails to say is businesses pay the lion share of the taxes so everyone in this country can enjoy our roads and bridges, including Elizabeth Warren with her progressive anti-business rhetoric.

Enter career politician Hillary Clinton.  There is and there will be hundreds of thousands, if not millions of interviews, videos, news articles, and blogs, written about Clinton, but most assuredly the one she is going to have to walk back more often than most, is this video above about federally mandated minimum wage jobs, and about businesses and technology not being the engine of the US economy and jobs.

After all, The Race Against The Machines has already been lost.  There will be no minimum wage jobs in the future.  People who know how to use a caulk gun will be highly paid by those who do can’t pound a nail.

My prediction is that Hillary Clinton will be pounded back into the stone age by 2016. There will be a 3rd generation POTUS in 2016, like US Senator Marco Rubio, who knows how to use a smartphone. More on this when somebody is ready to listen.

The Fight of Our Lives: The Patient-Physician Relationship vs. The Government-Insurance Syndicate

Doctor Rebel MDOriginally posted on krisheldmd and Rebel.MD:

Constructed by progressives who seek socialized medicine and control over 1/6 of the US economy and passed against the will of the people through legislative chicanery amidst single party control of the House, Senate, and White House, ObamaCare is now the “law of the land”. The law is the manifesto for the promised “fundamental transformation” of the United States of America. Obamacare destroys the patient-physician relationship and defiles the Hippocratic Oath by inserting government bureaucrats and political operatives as voyeuristic intermediaries and callous controllers.

As a physician, I have been distraught over this travesty and have vowed to not participate in the Obamacare exchange. I am not alone. A November 2013 Jackson and Coker survey of 3000 physicians showed that 44% of physicians say they will not participate in the Obamacare exchange. There are about 800,000 practicing physicians in the US, and if almost half of us refuse to participate…

ObamaCare is nothing but a punitive tax, a false promise, and a VA-style dead-end waiting list.

OreillyIn a March 4, 2014 interview promoting his new book, Reinventing American Healthcare, with Bill O’Reilly, ObamaCare architect Ezekiel Emanuel said that doctors won’t opt out of the exchange. Excerpt from the BillOReilly Show.  “It’s not doctors who participate in the exchange, it’s insurance companies who participate in the exchange,” Emanuel curtly stated. He then revealed that the central planners think they’ve got us doctors by the orbs, crowing: “The doctors will take who’s in the exchange, because they have to.” Translation: the government-insurance company syndicate now controls the patients and the doctors. Patients and doctors have no choice in this. We are powerless.

Here is how this is playing out in the real world trenches of medical practice. Aetna and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas both advertise me as a ” provider” on the federal healthcare exchange. They do this without my permission or consent nor even notice. Neither company has my permission to appropriate my name or likeness for this purpose. I have never contracted with either company or consented to see any subscriber of theirs with a policy purchased through healthcare.gov.

To meet the requirements to be deemed a “Qualified Health Plan”, an insurance company must have a certain number of contracted providers listed. To attract new customers a company must list respected, experienced, established physicians such as me. These government-colluding, patient-betraying companies are listing me as a provider for their personal financial gain against my will, in violation of my personally held beliefs, and to the detriment of the American and Texan patients they profess to serve.

I insisted they remove my name from the Federal healthcare exchange immediately. This has not been done. I am stonewalled. I am powerless, while the Aetna CEO’s salary has increased from $17M to $30M peddling the promise of my colleagues’ and my services.

Insurers need providers (physicians). Physicians are not indentured servants whose labor may be compelled.

The red line is, patients need physicians. Obamacare and its government-insurance syndicate are destroying millions of patient-physician relationships, millions of lives.

I am a physician. I am fighting to continue to see my patients with non-ACA plans. However, I will not allow my name, likeness, services, and reputation to be used in connection with the marketing of ACA plans.

I am a patient. I am fighting to see my doctors without government intrusion into the most intimate, sacred aspect of my life. My own non-ACA insurance plan does not cover out of network providers whatsoever. I am fortunate to pay out of pocket to keep my doctors so far, but what if my cancer recurs?

I trust my doctors. I trust my patients, and they trust me. I do not trust the government-insurance syndicate, Obamacare operatives, or the Obamacare enforcers, the IRS.

I am an individual American fighting for the ability to practice my profession freely, fighting to keep my patients, fighting to keep my doctors, fighting to restore trust, fighting to secure our blessings of liberty, fighting for our very lives.

Will you fight with me?

Summary of Obama’s IRS scandal

IRS cartoonObservations from an IT Expert “If the IRS’ email server is in such a state that they only have one copy of data and the server crashes and it’s gone, I’ve never heard of such a thing.”

“I don’t know of any email administrator that doesn’t have at least three ways of getting that mail back,” he added. “It’s either on the disks or it’s on a TAPE backup someplace or in an archive server. There are at least three ways the government can get those emails.”

Dan from Squirrel Hill's Blog

In May 2013, the Washington Post reported that the IRS had illegally targeted conservative groups for additional reviews. Organizations with the words “tea party” or “patriot” were singled out for harassment, such as requiring them to provide a list of donors, details about their internet postings on social networking websites, and information about their family members.

When this was first reported by the media in May 2013, Lois Lerner, who heads the IRS division that had conducted these illegal activities, claimed that only low level employees had known about it, and that no high level IRS officials had known about it. However, soon afterward, NPR reported that an Inspector General report showed that Lerner had been lying, and that she herself had actually been aware of it since June 29, 2011. Even worse, during March and April of 2012, Lerner herself had actually written such letters to fifteen different…
