Photo OP on BENGHAZI from the Situation Room, NOT!

Sandy Storm Situation Room Photo OP. What about BENGHAZI?!

The White House wants you to believe, where Obama was the night of the attacks on our Benghazi consulate is “irrelevant.”  The State Dept.’s Hillary Clinton says, “What difference does it make?”  What IS relevant?  What Does make a difference?  New Year’s Day 2014 it will be 477 days and we still don’t know.

Previously reported on Benghazi here

The Headstone on the Benghazi Terror Attack Will Read – R.I.P. 9/11/2012 – NOW 05/15/2013

To the Mainstream Media (MSM), you have the Sandystorm PhotoOp. Now where is the PhotoOp from the Situation Room during the 7 hour Sh!tstorm called Benghazi? Four brave Americans died!!! on 9/11!!!

Case in point…Brian Williams, Obama’s butt buddy. As Obama goes, so goes Brian. Why? It’s hard to imagine Romney and Williams as best buds. Leno’s already taken a 50% pay cut to stay on the air. Williams makes $13M a year. What’s at stake? Romney sees Williams in a Big bird suit. So Brian talks about anything but Benghazi…

The Benghazi fait accompli – It’s NOW been 425 Days!

Like you need another  blogger venting about the lack of reporting on the Benghazi terror attack!  Sorry!  If the mainstream media (MSM) has their way, I can envision the tombstone on the Benghazi terror attack will read R.I.P.   9/11/2012 – ??/??/????.

Let’s not let this act of terror get buried, because the Benghazi terror attack is very much alive!

At the time this was written, It was 10/28/2012, 48 days after the attacks on the US embassy’s in the Middle East and the Benghazi debacle resulting in the murder of our US Ambassador Chris Stevens and leaving four Americans dead remains a mystery.  We have no idea who the perpetrators are, and what we plan to do to bring them to justice.  I fear we never will, if the Obama administration and the mainstream media have their way.

“On September 13 — two days after the attack — a senior U.S. official told CNN that the violence in Libya was not the work of “an innocent mob.”  “The video or 9/11 made a handy excuse and could be fortuitous from their perspective, but this was a clearly planned military-type attack,” the official said.”

I Googled “benghazi and the mainstream media” and there’s nada!  Thanks to Al Gore invention of the internet, Benghazi’s very much alive in the Twitter-sphere.   So much so, Obama and his Chicago thugs have had to keep changing their stories.  The liberals on Twitter are uncharacteristically quiet on the topic of Benghazi.   Chris Matthews  titter feed @hardball_chris on Benghazi, nada!   I checked Rachel Maddow’s twitter feed @maddow on Benghazi, again, nada!

While NBC Meet the Press with David Gregory aired on 10-28-2012, he totally passed the buck, saying he would get to Benghazi later, he didn’t.  Fox News Sunday and Bob Schieffer on CBS Face the Nation had John McCain on, who slammed Obama and his Administration.  Thanks to a Fox News Special Report on Fox News, Brett Baier, airing on multiple days, in multiple time slots, this stories not going away.  There’s no denying this is a major cover-up or a major f$!k-up, most likely both.  Stay tuned.

“The full story of what happened in Libya, down to the last detail, may never be known. But, as someone once said, you don’t need to eat a whole egg to know that it is rotten. And you don’t need to know every detail of the events before, during and after the attacks to know that the story put out by the Obama administration was a fraud.”  Thomas Sowell — Libya and Lies

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta told reporters at the Pentagon on Thursday that there was not a clear enough picture of what was occurring on the ground in Benghazi to send help.

“There’s a lot of Monday morning quarterbacking going on here,” Panetta said Thursday. “But the basic principle here … is that you don’t deploy forces into harm’s way without knowing what’s going on.” Leon Panetta

“Oh, well I guess that the answer then Leon. If you don’t know what’s going on then you don’t do anything. There were a lot of heroes who died on 9/11—the first 9/11—who didn’t know what was going on, but they rushed into the World Trade Center. They rushed in because that was their job. They weren’t soldiers and they never expected to die. Not like that. But still I give them credit where credit is due. Rushing into a burning building takes bigger balls than I’ve got. You know what though? Can you imagine if instead of watching what we did, we had instead watched two towers on fire while a bunch of firemen and fire-engines sat at their stations?”  Vantage Point of the One-Eyed Jack

An update on Benghazi by the ideacapitalists.com —> Photo OP on BENGHAZI from the Situation Room, NOT!  followed the Hurricane “Sandy Storm”  to bury the Benghazi “Sh!t Storm”  which is Benghazi.  When will the MSM rise from the dead?  For the sake of the memories of those four brave men murdered, their families and the American people, let’s not rest until we bring these terrorists to justice and we know the truth about what the Obama administration knew and learn from our mistakes.

The Regulatory Tidal Wave – Vote Early and Vote Smart

Many issues have been discussed during the Presidential debates including entitlements, healthcare, federal debt, education, housing etc., but no single issue should be more important to the electorate than job creation and economic growth being THE very staple of how we as a general public of a free nation thrive. During the last days of this election cycle the President of the United States of America should win because they succeeded in persuading the voting public that they are THE best job creating candidate.

A Gallup poll conducted in July 2012; named “Americans want next President to prioritize jobs, corruption” states nine out of ten Americans believe job creation should be the top priority for our next President. During these past few years we have all experienced a tremendous amount of economic struggle, whether one had to budget at home or at work, suffering job loss or minimal gain. Reality has to set-in with the voting community in order to ensure the economic pendulum stays on a track to recovery during this economic situation.

The current path for our country includes tax increases and a tidal wave of more than 4,100 new federal regulations with a calculated cost of a half-billion dollars. This is a reality looming in Washington that has not been pushed to the forefront of discussion as “pending” under the current administration. It is impractical to think that businesses large or small can continue to hire employees without some semblance of predictability on taxes and regulations.

The National Federation of Independent Business and the National Association of Manufacturers underscores the uncertainty of how small businesses and manufacturers are feeling about the economy. The study reflects 67 percent have too much uncertainty in the market today to expand, grow or hire new workers. Additionally, 69 percent of small business owners say President Obama’s Executive Branch and regulatory policies have hurt American small businesses.

More than 85 percent of Florida job creation is through small business. Willing job creators need to see regulatory reform. One of the easiest and least expensive, fastest ways to create jobs is through commonsense regulatory reform that provide needed health and environmental protections and remove barriers to growth so that entrepreneurs can invest, hire and expand. We need to give job creators certainty on federal regulatory policies. Since 2006, there has been a 60 percent increase in regulations with an overall nation cost of more than $100 million. In fact, a 2010 study completed by the U.S. Small Business Administration showed compliance with federal environmental regulations costs small businesses 364 percent more than large firms.

Small business owners, as survival of the fittest, can attest tremendous focus on ensuring the health and safety of their workplace and products – otherwise failure is the ultimate demise. The current administration is missing the fact that a health regulatory thrives on job creation. The significant increase and burdensome nature of regulations makes things more expensive, time consuming and often duplicative of the procedures small businesses already employ.

As a passionate small business owner, take aside my choice of active involvement in the community, I push for a high level contribution from elected officials. Through the next few days I must express shame on the voters who choose to ignore the right to vote during this election season as well as those who choose to ignore hard working Americans making an attempt to enhance our economy and way of life. As we come down to the last days of choosing the Leader of this great nation I would ask for Floridians to vote early and vote smart.

The Streets of Baltimore

Thaddeus Logan, author of Hey Cabbie, published in 1984, which describes life in Baltimore as-he-see-it through the windshield of his taxi, has came out with the sequel, Hey Cabbie II. (Kenneth K. LAM, Baltimore Sun)

I have never met Thaddeus Logan, but I can share a moment in time with Thaddeus several years ago.

There’s a great restaurant, highly recommended for its blue crab, in Baltimore.  To get there you had to leave your swank hotel and drive through the slums on the east side of Baltimore.  What I saw from my vantage point in a Yellow Cab made me lose my appetite for crab and left me empty at the same time.

I will never forget the sight of a man, who may now own a piece of my soul, sitting on the steps in the projects in Baltimore. I have often wondered, is my soul his for the taking?

Do either of us have a choice to create a better life? If there is hope, the choices should be available for us both, but should either be necessarily more gratifying?

The experience prompted me to write this:

The Streets of Baltimore
Our eyes met in a moment.
One, sitting on the steps to nowhere.
Where hallways echo empty promises.
Where memories too often perish,
Where misery too often survives.
Ever so brief, our souls meet
On the streets of Baltimore.

One, just another fare,
All we shared was a glance.
A moment, no more.
One asks resolute.
Is it not too late?
Can you snub out your smoke?
Can you swallow that last drink?
On the streets of Baltimore

One both born rich in life,
Both born poor to circumstance.
Both bodies whole,
Both born spirits unscathed,
Both born undiscovered,
Only one is born,
On the streets of Baltimore.

One white, one black.
One who can’t look back,
One can only look away.
One lives on, in stark reality,
One lives on, with memories.
One lives filled with hope.
One lives on the streets of Baltimore.

I’m not going to get a copy of Hey Cabbie or Hey Cabbie II.  Thaddeus Logan’s driven along those very same streets 1,000 fold and he too, understands, one can not look back.   I have a feeling  he is a good man and he has written a couple of good books that need to be read and taken to heart.

Serendipity is alive and well on the streets of Baltimore, but  I’m going to stick to the romance of sadness or even the empathy I experienced, while visiting, so as for reading his books, I’m just not going there.

The Debates – If Only They Were a Game!

Touchdown Joe

Actions speak louder than words – that’s fair, except in a debate.  28 interruptions?

It is sad, when the outcome of a Green Bay football game is more important than the outcome of this election.

These last 3 debate moderators remind me of the NFL replacement referees.

Where’s the outrage?

Three debates, three liberal moderators.

Jim Lehrer, an intimate friend and fellow employee of Big Bird.

Martha Raddatz, the moderator, the one NOT refereeing the Biden-Ryan debate is so close to Obama, Obama’s attends her short lived wedding to an Obama appointee.

The last, Candy Crowley… an employee of CNN and self-appointed fact checker… She throws the flag, i.e., throws 28 interruptions at Romney.  She serves as the debate coach for Obama.  As I said, actions speak louder than words.

These debate moderators remind me of the NFL replacement refs.  The difference is, the debate moderators get to choose the rules of the game.  Where’s the outrage?  Are these moderators pros?  Certainly Jim Lehrer, but  when all three moderators are liberals, I would suggest they are not qualified to referee a debate between the two candidates for the United States of America or the VP candidates.

The expression, “Actions speak louder than words” serves as a fair expression in most cases, except NOT in a debate.  The actions of the mainstream media moderators and a boorish candidate, a.k.a. Biden, to influence the election is means “game on!”  Here’s a sample —>  Romney kills it! – hilarious!

Master of Ceremony

You live for the moment,
In that New York state of mind,
On every street corner,
In every pizza place,
You’re just another slice in time.

In the midst of the masses,
Sits a beggar, a mere ghost,
Imitating a man.
An unfortunate icon of the city,
Short of shoes, sitting on lifeless wheels,
His tin cup, barely clutching his hand.

You…, you have a place to be,
Master of Ceremony,
Your parade marches on…
Past his dimming, glassy eyes,
Eyes you will never meet.
You sail past his hopes
Hopes you can never sink.
Past his tin cup, from which,
You will never drink.
