Elizabeth Warren will tell you, “You didn’t build your business.”

Elizabeth Warren

Elizabeth WarrenElizabeth Warren, epitomizes progressive America.  Warren, has never worked in the private sector.  She was Special Advisor for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) (2010–2011). In no small measure, because of the CFPB, there will be no more de novo banks and community banks are disappearing. I consider community banks small businesses. They can’t afford the regulatory pressures imposed by the CFPB.

Elizabeth Warren will tell you, “You didn’t build your business.”  What she fails to consider is that those of us that build businesses also pay the lion share of the taxes so ALL citizens and non-citizen’s alike in this country can enjoy our roads and bridges, including Elizabeth Warren and her progressive anti-business rhetoric.

Progressives are systematically redefining success in America. If you created a business in America, “somebody else made that happen.” If your business succeeded and if you make a good living you are now demonized by the left.  Barack Obama and Elizabeth Warren will tell you, “You didn’t build your business.” Consider the source.  In spite of all the advantages Elizabeth Warren and Barrack Obama espouse to provide for small businesses, they cater only to big government.

It is our money, our time, our family’s sacrifices and our ideas that built our businesses.  Our tax dollars built the roads, the bridges…

It’s impossible for a small business owner to fathom how a taxpayer of any party can come to the conclusion, our government builds anything without taxpayer dollars.  Liberals need to wake-up.  The government doesn’t make money, they spend it!

Elizabeth Warren’s comments and frankly belief system are very troubling and quite radical. Here’s a woman & her husband who work(ed) at America’s most prestigious college, Harvard University. It was reported both were earning well over $600,000 in income, per year combined. Now does that make them part of that evil 1%? Maybe not since they espouse the left wing radical belief system?

October 2011 – Elizabeth Warren, then Harvard Law professor, summed it up:
“There is nobody in this country who got rich on his own. Nobody. You built a factory out there – good for you! But I want to be clear: you moved your goods to market on the roads the rest of us paid for. You hired workers the rest of us paid to educate. you were safe in your factory because of the police forces and fire forces that the rest of us paid for…You built a factory and it turned into something terrific, or a great idea – God Bless. Keep a big hunk of it. But part of the underlying social contract is you take a hunk of that and pay forward for the next kid who comes along”.
This is the radical mentality that government is responsible for yours and mine success. Somehow when people thrive, it’s all because of government. So conversely there are cities and towns in Massachusetts that are now ghost towns because of business and industry closing their doors. Massachusetts, once a beacon for the American shoe manufacturing, like Tom McCann shoes, were one of many who closed their doors. Employees laid off, surrounding businesses shut down due to lack of patrons, people moved out, towns losing revenue and cutting resources and many of these townships having to merge fire and police with surrounding townships. What happened then Mrs. Warren? Government couldn’t confiscate enough taxes from their citizens to keep their doors open. As government (including government agencies like EPA) continues to pass laws that stifle growth and investment by the private sector more and more townships around the country are facing dire consequences. The American people are tapped out, their earnings (if they are employed) are not keeping up with the higher cost of living and additional taxes their local and state governments are passing down to the producers.

Elizabeth Warren’s radical belief system is not unique in academia. As the article pointed out other radicals and domestic terrorists are teaching our young people in colleges and universities around America – Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn to name two! Now this cancer has spread into and metastasized in government, State and Federal!
